50 years ago, in the north of England, Ken Smith Ainscough and Eric Partington founded Apeks. Starting with weight belt buckles in Eric's garage the brand soon grew to one of the best regulator manufacturers in the world, still producing their regulators in the Blackburn factory, here in the UK.

Featuring never before seen features such as DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coatings on the 1st stage to make it even tougher than standard chrome plating.
